1. Booking & Payments
✅ Reservations:
- Require full/partial payment to confirm
- Vouchers are non-transferable without prior consent
✅ Pricing:
- Listed in AED (USD conversions approximate)
- Subject to change until payment is completed
✅ Payment Methods:
- Credit cards (3% processing fee may apply)
- PayPal/Bank transfer (no extra fees)
2. Cancellations & Refunds

🔹 Force majeure events (sandstorms, pandemics) may warrant exceptions
3. Participant Responsibilities
⚠️ Health & Safety:
- Disclose medical conditions (pregnancy, injuries, etc.)
- Follow all guide instructions during activities
⚠️ Property Damage:
- Liable for intentional damage to vehicles/equipment
⚠️ Conduct:
- No illegal substances or disruptive behavior permitted
4. Company Liabilities
🛡️ We Provide:
- Licensed, insured tours with trained staff
- Safety equipment per UAE regulations
🚫 Not Covered:
- Injuries from ignoring safety briefings
- Lost personal belongings
- Third-party service failures (e.g., hotel pickups)
5. Intellectual Property
📸 Media Rights:
- We may use tour photos/videos for marketing (opt-out in writing)
- Unauthorized commercial use of our brand assets is prohibited
6. Dispute Resolution
